Data Wave Cloud ("we", "us") is operated by Nagy Rudolf. This policy explains what information we collect when you use data-wave.cloud, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

Files you process

Our PDF, image and text tools run entirely inside your web browser. Files you select are read into your device memory, processed locally and never transmitted to our servers. We cannot see, store or recover them.

Information you give us

• Contact form: your name, email address and message, used solely to reply to you.
• Newsletter: your email address, used solely to send product updates. You may unsubscribe at any time.
• Administrator accounts: email address and authentication data for site staff.

Information collected automatically

We record anonymous, aggregated tool usage counts (for example, "the VAT calculator was used 400 times this week"). These records contain no personal identifiers. We may also use privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic volume and page popularity.

Cookies and advertising

Legal basis

We process contact and newsletter data on the basis of your consent, and technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service.

Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Anonymous usage counts are kept indefinitely because they contain no personal data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or request data portability. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

Third parties

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with infrastructure providers required to operate the site, and with advertising partners where advertising is enabled.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised date.
