1. Agreement

By accessing data-wave.cloud you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. The service

Data Wave Cloud provides free browser-based utilities for documents, calculations, text and productivity. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
  • interfere with, overload or disrupt the service
  • scrape, resell or redistribute the service as your own product
  • upload content you do not have the right to process

4. No professional advice

Our calculators are provided for general information. Results are estimates and must not be relied on as financial, tax, legal or medical advice. Always confirm important figures with a qualified professional.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to files and text you process. Because processing happens in your browser, we acquire no licence over your content.

6. Intellectual property

The Data Wave Cloud name, design, written content and source code are owned by the operator and protected by copyright. You may not copy or reproduce them without permission.

7. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or withdraw any tool at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site, including data loss or lost profits.

9. Third-party links and advertising

The site may contain links and advertisements from third parties. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts.

11. Changes

We may revise these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
